IDEAS+ Instrument Data Evaluation and Analysis Service contract

The project activities are organised into two main Work packages, having the timing described below:

WP 3470 - SMOS SUN BT study follow-up
Cal/Val of the Solar Flux in L-Band from the SMOS sensor using ground based radiotelescopes.

WP 3327-6 - Altimetry Validation - Methodology assessment and scientific analysis of in situ data and circulation model outputs
Study of the currents within the Gulf of Lion using Altimetric data.
Development of current detection algorithms using marine circulation models.
Validation of the results with ground based Current Meter measuremnts.
