Quality Assurance For Earth Observation QA4EO2 Contract No. QA4EO2/SER/SUB/03 (Resp. E.Castelli)

The scope of the project is to use the NO2 profiles and the aerosol extinction profiles obtained from the spectra measured by the SkySpec-2D - DOAS system for two different applications:1) to correct the Total column NO2 obtained from zenith sky MAX-DOAS measurements via Air Mass Factor (AMF) calculated using the NO2 profiles retrieved from MAX-DOAS measurements and 2) Study of the relation between FOV amplitude anomalies from horizon scan and aerosol extinctions from MAX-DOAS in the lower layer.
