Magnification from 15 to 30000 x (digital zoom: 2 or 4x), variable accelerating voltage of 5kV or 15kV, high and low vacuum observation conditions, sample stage traverse X: ± 17.5 mm and Y: ± 17.5 mm. Maximum sample height 50 mm, high sensitive BSE detector, frame memory 640 x 480 pixel or 1.280 x 960 pixel. Vacuum system:  turbomolecular pump 30 L/sec and diaphragm pump of 1 m3/h.
