I am a climate scientist working at the interface of paleoclimate dynamics, extreme events, and climate–society interactions.
Research interests
My research integrates transient climate simulations, proxy records, and physically based frameworks to investigate past hydroclimate variability and atmospheric circulation. Trained in leading international research environments, I have developed an interdisciplinary approach bridging climate modelling, paleoclimate reconstruction, and historical analysis. My current work focuses on advancing the understanding of extreme-event dynamics in past climates and on improving the consistency between model simulations and proxy-based reconstructions.
