  2. Please consider that the algorithm will be generally granted for use by OPERATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC INSTITUTIONS.
    Use by individual meteorologists and/or scientists will be considered provided that the person commits to give the necessary feedback to the authors and the IPWG.

  3. Once you will be registered, you will receive the instructions to download the package
