Fair of European Innovators in Cultural Heritage

The Fair, organized by the European Commission in Brussels, 15-16 November 2018, is the key event of 2018 European Year of Cultural Heritage. The fair highlighted how cultural heritage can be a driving force for innovation and creativity to improve our lives, our cities, the environment and international dialogue.

In a paper recentely published on Nature Sustainability, with the contribution of Maria Cristina Facchini and Matteo Rinaldi, CNR-Isac, extraordinarily high levels of pollution are described being observed in an european middle size town (Dublin, Ireland).


The Study commissioned to the CNR-ISAC (coordinator Alessandra Bonazza) by DG EAC has been published by the European Commission: Study on Safeguarding Cultural Heritage from Natural and Man-Made Disasters - A comparative analysis of risk management in the EU (Contract n ° EAC-2016-0248).
